The program will officially launch in Fall 2025. After the launch, applications will be accepted via the program website. The website will give details about the application process and requirements.

Manufacturers of professional-grade products, programs, and services for dental care delivery, patient interaction, and health status monitoring.

The oksport Forsyth Certified program is NOT for over-the-counter consumer products. Those are eligible to apply for the oksport Seal of Acceptance.

Requirements are being developed and will be announced closer to the program’s official launch in Fall 2025. Companies will be required to submit an application fee along with their application.

A limited number of product categories will be part of the initial program launch. Each category will have a unique set of testing requirements according to published national and international testing standards. The applicant company will provide documentation including testing data that are specified by the certification guidelines, as well as product samples for independent confirmatory testing.

Once all the required supporting documentation, product samples, and payment are received, the process is expected to take approximately 6 to 10 weeks in most cases, unless clinical testing is required.

Professional-grade products approved by oksport Forsyth Certified will be labeled with the oksport Forsyth Certified mark.
